Room with Breakfast Tariff
- For 1-2 Adults - Rs. 4000 +12% GST
- For 3-4 Adults - Rs. 6000 + 12% GST
- Child above 5 years and less than 12 years of age is charged Rs.800 per child
*Children below 5 years of age is complimentary
Discount Packages:
Weekday Discount of 30% on Tariff on weekdays (Monday to Thursday).
Weekend Discount of 20% on Tariff on weekends (Friday to Sunday).
Weekday Discount of 30% on Tariff on weekdays (Monday to Thursday).
Weekend Discount of 20% on Tariff on weekends (Friday to Sunday).
Terms & Conditions
- Children above 12 years on full fare- Children below 12 and 5 years at the half fare - Infants below 5 years are not charged.
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check-in.
- A maximum number of persons in a room is 4 and no extra bed is provided.
- Check-in/Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
- Reservation can be cancelled as per cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
- For any amendment or cancellation of bookings, you must inform by email to reservation@ibbanicadu-homestay.com and receive confirmation.
- 2 weeks/14 days before Check-In date - 90% of the tariff will be refunded (or) 100% Value Voucher can be availed for a postponement of dates within 3 months of Check-In date.
- 1 week/7 days before Check-In date - 50% of the tariff will be refunded (or) 100% Value Voucher can be availed for a postponement of dates within 3 months of Check-In date.
- Less than 7 days and before 3 days of Check-In date - 25% of the tariff will be refunded (or) 100% Value Voucher can be availed for a postponement of dates within 3 months of Check-In date.
- Less than 3 days - No Refund and No postponement of dates.
- In case of No Show or Early Check-out within the reserved duration, there will be no refund or discount.
- If payment was made by Credit Card or bank transfer, refund, if any, will also be issued only through the Credit card or bank transfer respectively.
- Refunds will normally be processed and issued within 2 weeks from date of cancellation.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Reservations
