2 weeks/14 days before Check-In date - 90% of the tariff will be refunded (or) 100% Value Voucher can be availed for a postponement of dates within 3 months of Check-In date.
1 week/7 days before Check-In date - 50% of the tariff will be refunded (or) 100% Value Voucher can be availed for a postponement of dates within 3 months of Check-In date.
Less than 7 days and before 3 days of Check-In date - 25% of the tariff will be refunded (or) 100% Value Voucher can be availed for a postponement of dates within 3 months of Check-In date.
Less than 3 days - No Refund and No postponement of dates.
In case of No Show or Early Check-out within the reserved duration, there will be no refund or discount.
If payment was made by Credit Card or bank transfer, refund, if any, will also be issued only through the Credit card or bank transfer respectively.
Refunds will normally be processed and issued within 2 weeks from date of cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
